Set location settings – time zone, currency and base country

It’s important to set the location settings for your website such as timezone, currency and base country for your website.

These location settings affect almost everything – messages, blog-posts, products, orders, store, invoices etc.

Set your timezone

Click on the avatar icon on the black sidebar; you would see a pop-up window on the right side, and then go to My Account page


Scroll down my account page to the last, you would see the timezone section where you can specify your default timezone. Click Save button to publish changes.


Set base currency

Click on the avatar icon on the black sidebar; you would see a pop-up window on the right side, and then go to My Account page


Scroll down the my account page, you would see the currency section where you can specify your base store currency. Click Save button to publish changes.

Our payment processor, i.e., Stripe and PayPal, support only the following currencies at the moment:

INR [ ₹ ], USD [ $ ], AUD [ A$ ], BRL [ R$ ], CAD [ C$ ], CZK [ Kč ], DKK [ DKK ], EUR [ € ], HKD [ HK$ ], HUF [ Ft ], ILS [ ₪ ], JPY [ ¥ ], MYR [ RM ], MXN [ Mex$ ], NOK [ kr ], NZD [ NZ$ ], PHP [ ₱ ], PLN [ PLN ], GBP [ £ ], SEK [ SEK ], CHF [ Fr ], TWD [ NT$ ], THB [ ฿ ], RUB [ ₽ ] and SGD [ SG$ ].


Set base country

Click on the avatar icon on the black sidebar; you would see a pop-up window on the right side, and then go to My Account page


Scroll down the my account page, you would see the business address section where you can specify your base country. Click Save button to publish changes.
