You may need your customer’s list sometimes to just view their information, give any updates or send promotional emails.
Pixpa enables you to download/export your customer’s list directly from the Pixpa studio. This way, you can view all the customers and their information on a single sheet.
Export Customers list:
- From the Dashboard, go to the Contacts section (1).
- You can view all your website contacts on the right side as shown below.
- Filter your store contacts from the Customers dropdown (2) – Client Gallery Customers option (3).
- You can now see only Client Gallery customers (4).
- Click on the Export (5) button in the top right.
- From the popup, select the current selection option (6) and click on the Export Contacts button (7) to download the customer’s list.
Hurray! A CSV file with the customers list will be downloaded to your PC now.
- As you hit the export button a .csv file gets downloaded to your system.
- Open it in Google Sheets and view the information.
