An Album is a group of galleries that you can share with anyone publicly or privately.
You can enable downloads on any gallery in a Client Album. Once you enable the downloads as shown below, your customers can download the images free of cost.
In case, you want to sell digital downloads, add the digital download products to the pricing sheet.
For extra security, you can enable a download PIN. Pixpa also enables you to choose how to enable downloads (Favorite lists/Galleries/Single Image), and download sizes.

Enable or Disable Downloads
From the Dashboard of studio, click on Client Galleries (1) section and open the Album (2) the preferred album.
- Click on the Settings (3) icon and Downloads (4) option.
You will reach on Download Settings page.
Alternatively, you can use studio’s search function to navigate to Download Settings page.
- Enter Album title (1) in the Search Bar.
- From the related results, click on the Album that you are searching for (2) under Client Galleries.
- Click on the Settings (3) icon and Downloads (4) option.
On the Download Settings page, you will have the option to enable downloads and other options:
- Allow clients to download images – Downloads can be enabled for both public or private albums.
- Download PIN – This adds another layer of security and ensures that only users who have the download pin can download the images / gallery whether it’s a public or private album.
- If Download Pin option is enabled, set a download pin.
Full Gallery Downloads
- Enable Download for – Enable download of all images in a gallery/favorite list/both as a single zip file.
- Download sizes – Specify the image sizes available for download. Pixpa makes 4 sizes available for download. You can enable downloads for any or all of these image sizes (Original file, Large 2048px, Medium 1200px, and Small 400px).
Single Image Downloads
- Allow Anonymous downloads – Check in this option to allow anonymous single image downloads.
Downloads Restrictions
- Restrict Downloads for Galleries from which your clients can download the images. You can enable or disable the download option for galleries in this particular album.
- Downloads Activity – Check the downloads activity of your clients.
- Save the changes.
