We want to ensure you get the best results from your Pixpa subscription. If you are unhappy with any aspect of Pixpa, we offer a full refund of the first payment of your Pixpa subscription fees. You can request a refund within the first 30 days of starting your subscription.
Please note:
- Your website will be deactivated, and your subscription will be cancelled after processing your refund.
- The refund will be made to the same payment method you used to start the subscription.
- If you have purchased the Website Setup Service, the one-time payment made for the same is non-refundable and is not part of the money-back guarantee.
- If you have received the free one-year domain voucher from Pixpa, then $15 will be deducted from the refund. You can use the voucher to get the free domain from Hover for the first year. You would own the domain name in your hover.com account.
