Pixpa does not provide emails as part of its service. We totally focus on enabling you to build and manage a great website. We recommend you use Google Apps for your email, a paid domain-based email service by Google built on its Gmail platform.
We also recommend email hosting by Zoho. It provides free plans which are more than sufficient for most needs.
