Enable or Disable offline payments – Client Galleries

If you do not want to collect payments online and want to process the payments manually/offline/cash on delivery, you can achieve that in Client Galleries.

Your customers will be able to place their orders in your store without making online payments. You would need to process payments offline (Bank Transfer/Cash on Delivery etc).

This can be used in several cases, for example, if you just want customers to book a service or Cash On Delivery product, which they will pay for later.

In this article:


Enable offline payments:

  • Click on the Settings (2) tab on the left-hand side. Then, click on the Payment methods (3) tab on the top.
  • You would see all the payment options that you can connect with your Pixpa store.
  • Click on the Enable button (4) next to the Offline payments option.


  • In the next step, you would see the Active link on your Offline payments option as shown below.


Disable Offline Payments

  • You can disable the offline payment by clicking on the Disable button.
