Recover deleted items

Mistakes do happen. We’ve all been there and experienced the sinking feeling of deleting something by mistake on your website and losing important data and hours of work.

Well, fret no more! You can recover any deleted item (Galleries, Pages, Folders, Products, Blogs, etc) from the last 90 days.

Note: Content items older than 90 days cannot be recovered.

To recover a deleted content item, follow the steps below

  • Enter recover deleted items (1) in the Search Bar.
  • From the related results, click on the Recover Deleted Items option (2).

  • You will now reach the Deleted Items page.
  • You’ll see a list of all the deleted items that you’ve deleted in the last 90 days.
  • Click on the Recover (2) button next to the item you want to recover to restore it.

Things to remember

  1. As you click Recover, the particular item will be restored to its original position where it was, before deletion. You may sequence the same if you want to. Click here to see how.
  2. When a particular item is recovered, all its related properties (layout settings, cover banner, featured image, SEO data, description text, title text, etc.) will also be restored.
  3. When a Folder or Dropdown is recovered, all its sub-content items will be restored automatically along with the parent one. You may also recover any sub-content item instead of restoring an entire folder or drop-down structure.
  4. When a Client gallery is recovered, it will be restored in the specific album.
