How often can I update my website content?

You can change/edit your website content any number of times as long as your subscription is active.

Can I delete the demo content of the template?

Yes, you can delete the demo content of the template. It can be a page/folder/gallery or any other item. Learn more.

The site navigation is white and not changing, why?

If the menu items/navigation appear in white and do not tend to change the color, then it can be because the header in your website is set to be transparent. You can pick a specific color for your website navigation. Learn more.

Is there any recommended image size?

We recommend uploading 100% quality high-res images (up to 50MB size each) for website galleries.

Banner Image – 2000 pixels X 2000 pixels

Thumbnail Image – 1200 pixels X 628 pixels

Product Image – 1000 pixels X 1000 pixels

Blogpost Image – 1200 pixels X any height

Mobile Gallery App Image – 640 pixels X any height.

Can I watermark my images?

Yes, you can add a visible watermark (your name, brand name, logo, etc) to all your images at the time of upload. You can choose between adding a text watermark or an image watermark to your images. Learn more.

Can I remove a specific page from the search results?

Yes, you can hide any menu item from the search engines. To do so, you just have to check the Hide this page from search engines option present under the settings page of a particular menu item. Learn more.

My page URL has a number at the end, can I remove the same?

Yes, you can change the URL of your page to some other related slug. Since more than one page can not have the same slug, the system adds a number by default. Learn more.

Can I add a phone number to my website?

Yes, you can add your contact number as a social icon or simply a button. To show as a social icon, click here.

Can I add subpages in my navigation?

Yes, you can add sub-pages to your website using our folder. You can also choose to show the subpages in a dropdown or a listing page. Learn more.

Can I add a dropdown in my website navigation?

Yes, you can show the sub-pages of a folder as a dropdown. Learn more.

Can I change the cover image of a gallery/page?

Yes, you can change the cover/thumbnail image of any menu item from its settings page. Learn more.

Can I have different layouts for my galleries?

Yes, you can apply different layouts to different galleries. You just have to override the global gallery settings and apply the layout. Learn more.

Can I add videos to my galleries?

Yes, you can add YouTube and Vimeo videos to your galleries. Learn more.

Can I have a slideshow on top of my pages?

Yes, you can opt to have a slideshow on the top or bottom of your site pages using the Banner. Learn more.

Can I add a password to a page?

Yes, you can easily add a password to any of your pages within Pixpa so only those who have access to the password will see the page. Learn more.

Can I add a splash page to my website?

Can I show a campaign I have on my website?

Showcase the campaigns you run on your site using an announcement bar or a marketing pop-up and attract your site visitors.

• The Announcement Bar is a full-width bar that sits right on top of your website (above the header) and hence becomes the first thing that your site visitors will notice. Do check out the demo site.
• A marketing pop-up appears when visitors view your site. Can I recover my deleted page/images?

Yes, you can recover any page/gallery/images/folder/products/blogs from the last 30 days.
When a particular item is recovered, all its related properties (layout settings, cover banner, featured image, SEO data, description text, title text, etc.) will also be restored. Learn more.

Can I remove Built on Pixpa from my website?

Yes, you can remove the Pixpa branding from your site. Once you start the subscription, ping us from the studio chat or email us at support@pixpa.com so that we remove it.
