A Shipping Region is a set of country-based shipping rates that will be applied to each order.
Pixpa gives you the option to set up several shipping rates in your website store so your customers can choose from a range of delivery speeds and costs.
You can specify your Shipping Regions and Shipping Rates from the Shipping option in Store.
A Free Shipping rate can be created and applied for all the orders, or for orders between the specified order total or weight.
The free shipping applies to all the customers (in the country specified). If you want to allow free shipping to specific customers, then create a discount coupon for free shipping and share the same.
Add free shipping
- Visit the Shipping page (1) and go to the Shipping Region (2). If you have not created it, click on the +Add Shipping Region button (3) to create it now.
- Click on the Add Shipping Rate button.
- Select the Free Shipping option to set up free shipping.
- Once you have selected this shipping type, enter the shipping rate name (1).
- Then, select the option whether to apply the free shipping over all the orders (2) or based on order total value (3) or order weight (4).
- In case you have selected option 3 or 4 above, you can specify the min order total or weight (5), and the max order total or weight (6). The orders within this range will be eligible for free shipping at checkout.
- Finally, click on the Save button (7).
