Can I connect a subdomain with my Client Galleries?

Yes, you can connect any subdomain with your Client Galleries. If you have your website running somewhere else and want to use the Pixpa Client Galleries on your domain, then you can connect a subdomain like “galleries” or “clients”. Learn more.

Tip

You can only connect one subdomain with the website. If you are on the Client Galleries Stand Alone plan then you should connect a subdomain like “galleries”


Can I show my albums on the website?

Yes, you can add an Album Listing page to your website to make it easy for your clients to access their albums directly from your site. Learn more.

Or you can simply add an album to your website as a link item. Learn more.


How many Albums can I create?

You can create as many public or private albums as you wish. But the images you upload to your Client Galleries will consume the storage space allotted as per your plan. So, you can upload the images into your client galleries as long as your storage space is not reached. Learn more.

Once the storage space is occupied, you can also add the storage space from here.


Can I add raw and tiff files in my galleries?

Currently, we do not have an option to upload raw and tiff files in the galleries. The supported image file formats are jpg, png, and gif.


No, videos cannot be added to a client gallery. Learn more.


Can I expire my Album?

Yes, you can set the album expiry date and time if you want your album to expire after a certain time.

If you have not set the expiry of your album it will always be available till you have an active subscription to Pixpa. Learn more.


Can I add a search option on my Album Listing page?

Yes, you can opt to show a search option on your Album Listing page. This search box can be used to filter the albums present on the spotlight page. Learn more.


Can I remove an album from my Album Listing page?

Yes, you can anytime add/remove any album from the Client Spotlight page. Learn more. 


Can I change the sequence of my albums?

Yes, you can sequence the albums on the Client Spotlight page just by drag and drop. Learn more.


Can I set a default layout for my albums and galleries?

Yes, you can set the default layouts and many other design settings for the upcoming albums, and galleries from the Album Defaults page. Learn more.

Note: All the changes made in the Album Defaults page will be applied on all the upcoming albums only.


Can I remove the name and email field when logging into an album?

Yes, you can eliminate the name and email field that appear when logging into an album from the Album Defaults page. Learn more.


Can I change the favorite icon?

Yes, by default the heart icon is used for the favorite icon. You can however choose to show the favorite icon as a plus (+) or a star sign (★) as well. Learn more.


What are the available download sizes?

You can enable downloads of Client Galleries images in 4 different sizes – Original Size, Large (2048 px), Medium (1200 px), and Small (400 px).

You can specify this on the Album Presets page as well as in a particular Album’s Download Settings page. The download sizes for Single Image Downloads can also be specified separately.


Can I allow anonymous downloads?

Yes, you can enable anonymous downloads on Single Image Downloads from a particular Album’s Download Settings page. Learn more.


Can I download my images?

Yes, you can download the original images (that you have uploaded) from any of your Client Galleries. Learn more.


Can I add my bio that shows up on my album’s page?

Yes, you can add the bio/photographer information in the My Account page. This information will be visible under the About the Photographer pop-up on the Album page. Learn more. 


Can I disable the social media sharing of my images (in Client Galleries)?

Yes, you can stop social media sharing of your images from the Album Defaults page or from the Album Settings page of a particular album.


Can I hide my image names from the galleries?

Yes, you can choose to show/hide the filenames of your images from the Album Presets page or from the Album Settings page of a particular album.


Can I set a limit for the favorite images?

Yes, you can set a limit for the maximum images that can be added to a favorite list from the Album Presets page or from the Album Settings page of a particular album.

You can simply set it as 0 for unlimited.


Can I limit the downloads from an album?

Yes, you can limit the number of times a user can download the Gallery or Favorite list as a single zip file.


Yes, you can assign separate pricing sheets to different galleries inside an album from the Album’s Ecommerce settings.

Whenever a new album and new galleries are created the default pricing sheet will be applied which is specified on the Album Presets Page. Learn more.


How do I delete an album?

You can delete an album from the Delete button at the bottom in the Album Settings page. Learn more.
