Album Orders activity

From the Ecommerce activity page, you can track all your client’s eCommerce/orders activity on a particular album.

You can check the order number, date, and time, customer name, payment status, fulfillment status, order invoice download icon, total amount, and export button to export the Ecommerce activities that took place in an album.


View the Orders activity of an Album: 

  • Enter Album title (1) in the Search Bar.
  • From the related results, click on the Album that you are searching for (2) under Client Galleries. 

  • You will now reach the Album page.
  • Click on the Activity (1) tab on the left panel, and then click on the Ecommerce Activity (2) menu to view the eCommerce activity (3) page.


Here you can view: 

  • The order number. On clicking on it, you can directly view the particular order details.
  • The date and time when the order was placed.
  • The customer name who has placed the order.
  • The payment status of the order.
  • The fulfillment status of the order.
  • A download icon to download the order invoice.
  • The total amount of the order paid/to be paid.
  • Export the orders of an album as a CSV file.
