If you have forgotten the email address you had used to sign up on Pixpa, and want to recover it, send us an email at support@pixpa.com.
We’ll ask you a few questions for security purposes to validate the account and reset the email address and password from our end. We’ll then provide a temporary password so that you can log in to the studio and change it.
Note: If the account is not validated, we will not be able to make any changes.
