To reset your Pixpa account password, follow the steps below:
- Go to the studio Login page.
- Click on the Forgot Password link.
- You’ll receive an email with a password reset link at your registered email address.
- Click on the link to reset the password on your own.
Alternatively, you can also send us an email from your registered email address to support@pixpa.com for the password reset.
If you’re not able to access your email either, send us an email from any other email address, stating your registered email address.
We’ll ask you a few questions for security purposes to validate the account and reset the password from our end. We’ll then provide a temporary password so that you can log in to the studio and change it.
