The first step after creating an Album is to specify all the settings (Download, Ecommerce, Favorite).
Then, you can track the Client’s activity like login date/time, favorited images, downloaded images/galleries, Ecommerce, etc. All the activities will be accumulated and shown on the Notifications page.
View the Album Activities:
- Enter Album title (1) in the Search Bar.
- From the related results, click on the Album that you are searching for (2) under Client Galleries.
- You will now reach the Album page.
- Click on the Activity icon (marked with the arrow) to see All Activity, Logins, Favorites, Downloads, eCommerce/Orders, and Comments options.

All Activity
- From here, you can view all the activities on an album.
- You can also click on each activity to view more detailed version of it.
Login Activity
- Here, you can track your client’s login activity and export them.
- You can check the name and email address, time and date of the last visit, Individual favorites, and download activity.

Favorites Activity
- Here, you can track all your client’s favorites activity.
- You can check the Client Name, Email address, Favorite List Name, Creation date, Updated date, Number of Images in the list, settings to export the favorite list, view as a gallery, and do much more.
Downloads Activity
Here, you can track all your client’s download activity like Full gallery download, Single Photo download, and Favourite marked images download.
Orders/Ecommerce Activity
- You can check any eCommerce activity on an album from here.
- You can check the order number, date, and time, customer name, payment status, fulfillment status, order invoice download icon, total amount, export button to export the eCommerce activities that took place in an album.
Comments Activity
- Here you can see all the comments that your clients have made.
- You can check the name of the client, comment that has been posted, gallery and image to which the comment has been made.
- You can also reply to the comments from here.
