Pixpa gives you the option of pausing your subscription or putting it on hold for a period of up to three months.
During this period, your website and account will remain inactive and you won’t be billed. Your account will be reactivated and your billing will resume at the end of the paused period.
To put your subscription on hold, follow the steps below:

- Login to Pixpa studio.
- Click on the avatar icon in the top right corner.
- Select Billing and Subscription.
- Scroll down until you find Pause Account.
- Select the duration (1) from the dropdown.
- Click on the Pause Account (2) button.
That’s it. We’ll receive your pause request and do the needful.
