- Submit the Website Setup Form to provide us with the information to build your website (logo, text and images).
- A Pixpa Website Expert will set up your website. We will notify you once the website setup is completed. It typically takes 3-4 business days.
- You can review the website and request any changes.
- We will make the final changes and adjustments. We will do a full review and hand over the website to you. You can then continue building your website.
- Go live with your website.

The Pixpa Website Setup Service is an affordable, one-time paid service available to all Pixpa subscribers. It saves you time and effort right at the start of building your new website on Pixpa by providing a foundation of a professionally-designed and personalized website you can continue to build upon.
What is the scope of the website setup service?
The scope of the website setup service is as follows:
- Set up and design your website on the Pixpa template of your choice using your content and images.
- Personalise and modify the template style as appropriate (colours, fonts, layouts etc.).
- Set up your site’s menu (up to 10 pages/galleries).
- Set up of galleries (layout and design).
- Design of About and Contact pages.
- Setup of a blog if needed (5 demo blog posts)
- Setup of the store if needed (5 demo products)
- Any other changes the Pixpa Design Expert deems helpful based on your provided information.
- Help to connect your domain name to the website.
Please note:
- Custom coding or modifications not part of Pixpa’s product features and functionalities are not included.
- We will use the content and images you provide through the Website Setup Form. Placeholder content will be used wherever needed.
- The website setup service fees are non-refundable.
- Pixpa reserves the right not to accept a Website Setup Service request. In that case, we will refund the full fee for the service.
How can I pay for the website setup service?
Once you have upgraded to a paid subscription on Pixpa, you can make a one-time payment for the website setup service. The payment method you used for your Pixpa subscription will be used for this charge.
Can I update my website on my own after the website setup is completed?
Yes! Once the website setup is complete, we will hand over the website to you. You can then continue to edit, add content, and build your website using the easy, no-code Pixpa builder. We request you not make any changes to the website while the website setup service is underway.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes! When you are ready to go live, the Pixpa Customer Success Team will assist you in connecting your domain name with your website.
