Once the setup is complete, you’ll have full control to continue editing and expanding your website using our no-code builder.

How It Works
- Sign Up, Subscribe to Pixpa & Purchase the Service:
- Create a Pixpa website trial account and upgrade to a paid subscription. You can then purchase the Hire a Pixpa Expert Service in the Pixpa Studio.
- Fill out the Website Setup Form:
- Fill out the Website Setup Form and provide the setup and design details such as your chosen template, design preferences (colors, fonts, layouts), logo, text, and images. The link of the form will be available to you once you purchase the service.
- Note: The service is based solely on the information and assets you provide. If content is missing, placeholder material will be used.
- Service Request Review:
- Once you submit your Website Setup Form, we will review the information and assets you’ve provided. You will receive a confirmation email when your project is initiated. If we need any additional details, assets, or clarifications, we will reach out to you at this stage.
- Please note that Pixpa reserves the right to accept or decline any Hire a Pixpa Expert service request. If your request is declined, you will receive a full refund.
- Expert Setup:
- A dedicated Pixpa Design Expert will build your website based on your provided brief.
- Timeline: The setup typically takes 5-7 business days after all required content is received. Please note that while we strive to meet this timeline, slight delays may occur due to unforeseen factors.
- Review & Revisions:
- Once the setup is complete, you will have the opportunity to review the website and request one round of revisions.
- Note: Revisions are intended only for minor adjustments (e.g., tweaks to colors, fonts, layout) that align with the original design brief and assets provided. Extensive changes or a complete change to the original brief cannot be accommodated within this service.
- Final Handover & Go Live:
- After the agreed revisions are made, the website is handed over to you.
