The Email Notifications page is a one-stop where you can check and manage the emails used in the website, contact/payment forms, store, and client galleries.
You can click on the manage button to change the email address.
Manage all your Emails:
- Enter email notifications (1) in the Search Bar.
- From the related results, click on the Email Notifications option (2) under STUDIO LINKS.
- You will now reach the Email Notifications page where you can manage all your emails.
From here, you will be able to manage the emails used in:
Website
- View the primary email address (1) specified for your website. Any site activity and Pixpa account notifications will be sent to this email address. This is also used as the Reply-to address on any email sent to your customers from the website.
- Click on the Manage button (2) to change this email address. Also Check: Change Business information.
Website Forms
- View the particular page title (1) where the contact/payment form is located.
- View the Form ID (2).
- View the Email address (3) connected to the form.
- Click on the Manage button (4) to visit the page editor where the form exists. Also Check: Manage Form Email.
Store
- View the primary email address specified for your store. All store notifications will be sent to this email address. This is also used as the Reply-to address on any email sent to your customers from the store.
Click on the Manage button to change this email address. - View the staff email addresses specified for your store. These will be used to notify your staff members when a new order comes in.
Click on the Manage button to change it. Also Check: Store Settings.
Client Gallery
- View the primary email address specified for your Client Gallery. All the client gallery notifications will be sent to this email address. This will also be used as the Reply-to address on any email sent to customers from client galleries.
Click on the Manage button to change this email address. - View the staff email addresses specified for your Client Gallery. These will be used to notify your staff members when a new order comes in.
Click on the Manage button to change it. Also Check: Settings – Client Galleries.
