You can notify your staff regarding the new orders in Pixpa Store.
You can add up to 2 staff emails, and they will get notified once any new order gets placed in your Store (online store & Ecommerce enabled Galleries).
Specify the staff email addresses:
- Enter store settings (1) in the Search Bar.
- From the related results, click on the Store Settings option (2) under Studio Links.
- You will now reach the Settings page.
- Scroll down to find the Notify staff about the new orders (3) option.
- You can enter up to 3 staff email addresses in the respective field provided.
- Finally, hit the Save (4) button.
