Mistakes do happen. We’ve all been there and experienced the sinking feeling of deleting something by mistake on your website and losing important data and hours of work.
Well, fret no more! You can recover any deleted item (Galleries, Pages, Folders, Products, Blogs, etc) from the last 90 days.

How to Recover Deleted Items
- Enter recover deleted items (1) in the Search Bar.
- From the related results, click on the Recover Deleted Items option (2).
- You will now reach the Deleted Items (1) page where you will see a list of tabs (2).
- Click on the Recover (2) button next to the item you want to recover to restore it.
Different Tabs under Deleted Pages
- Website: Under this tab, all the deleted items from the website section will be displayed. This may include Pages, Folders, Galleries, Links, Separator, etc.
- Client Galleries: Here, the items deleted from Client Galleries will appear. This includes Albums and Galleries.
- Favorite List: If you or your clients have deleted their favorite lists from Client Galleries, then they will appear here.
- Store: Products deleted within 90 days will appear under this tab.
- Blog: The deleted Blogs and Blog Posts will appear here.
Things to remember
- As you click Recover, the particular item will be restored to its original position where it was, before deletion. You may sequence the same if you want to. Click here to see how.
- When a particular item is recovered, all its related properties (layout settings, cover banner, featured image, SEO data, description text, title text, etc.) will also be restored.
- When a Folder or Dropdown is recovered, all its sub-content items will be restored automatically along with the parent one. You may also recover any sub-content item instead of restoring an entire folder or drop-down structure.
- When a Client gallery is recovered, it will be restored in the specific album.
