Pixpa subscriptions are auto-recurring. However, there can be multiple reasons for the subscription to not be renewed.
Paddle will try to charge your connected credit card to renew the subscription. However, sometimes the card may not be charged.
The reasons for the failure can be:
- Credit card has expired.
- Insufficient funds.
- Card getting declined from the bank end.
You can easily update the card easily from the Update Credit Card button on the Subscription page so that the subscription can be renewed.
Pixpa has a 30 days grace period when your website will be active. After the grace period, your website will become inactive.
During the grace period and for the next 30 days, Paddle will try to renew the subscription to update your account, post which the account will get suspended.
