Exporting products from your Pixpa store lets you download a structured file containing all your product information. This helps you easily review or organize your data, maintain a backup of your product list, or import the exported file into another Pixpa site or any other platform whenever needed.

What you can do with the product export feature
The export option gives you flexibility in managing and reusing your store’s product data in a convenient format. You can:
- Download a structured CSV file of all your product information.
- Review or organize your product data in a spreadsheet.
- Maintain a secure backup of your complete product list.
- Use the exported file to import products into another Pixpa site or a supported platform that accepts CSV product data.
The product export process may take some time based on the size of your CSV file and the number of products being exported. Once the export is complete, you will receive an email notification confirming that the process has finished.
How to export products
- Go to the Products (3) section from the left sidebar and click on Action (4) button.
- From the dropdown, select Export Products (5) option.
- A popup will open from where you can select whether you want to export All Products or only the Current Selection.
- All Products exports the complete list of products from your store.
- Current Selection exports only the products you have selected on the products page.
- Click Export Products to download the CSV file based on the option you selected.
Once you have exported your products you can use the CSV file for product analysis, bulk editing, sharing with collaborators, or moving the product data to another store.
