Electra is the best choice for a team of interior designers. You can showcase your portfolio in the sections below.
There are few sections (apart from the header and footer) in the demo homepage of the Exceed theme. Follow the steps below to edit each of them.
Header
The header contains the logo/site title (1), menu (2), and social icons (3).
- To change the header layout, go to Header in the Design section. See how.
- To add/change the logo or site title, go to Site Title & Logo in the Design section. See how.
- To add/remove an item to/from the menu, go to the Website menu. See how.
- To add/remove/edit social media links, go to Social Links from the Website section. See how.
- To add/remove/edit the menu button, go to Header in the Design section. See how.
First section – Headline
Now that you’ve started with this beautiful theme, you’d have its demo pages in your menu.
To view or edit any of the pages, just click on it. Let’s begin with the ‘Home’ page.
- Go to the Site Menu.
- Click on Home (as shown in the image).
- This will bring you to the page editor for the ‘Home’ page.
- The second section contains a headline. A headline can be used to add information about your business. Click on any text in this section to edit it.
Replacing the images here is similar to uploading your images in the Images section.
Second section – Gallery
The second section contains a gallery. To replace the demo images with your own and manage its settings, click on the Manage Gallery button.

- To add new items to the gallery, click on the + Add Media (1) button.
- Manage the items (2), settings (3), and change the layout (4) of the gallery.
Third section – headline
The third section contains a headline. A headline can be used to add information about your business. Click on any text in this section to edit it.
Replacing the images here is similar to uploading your images in the Images section.
Prefooter
To display a certain section (e.g. Instagram feed) at the bottom of all the pages or selected pages in your website, you can use a prefooter.
You can edit the prefooter here. In this theme, there is an Instagram section in the prefooter.

Footer
The footer contains the credits for your websites. You can add social icons (1), copyright text (2), and important links here.

Note: You would see our branding ‘Built on Pixpa’ (3) in the footer while you are on the trial period. Once you’ve subscribed, you can choose to have it removed.
