Connect a Google sheet & sync store orders

You can now connect your Store with a Google Sheet so that all the orders data gets synced to the sheet. As you receive an order, it gets added to the sheet automatically. This way, you can view/check all your store orders from the sheet (connected) without logging into your pixpa account.

Vist your Store settings and connect your account as suggested below.


Connect a Google Sheet:

  • Enter store settings  (1) in the Search Bar.
  • From the related results, click on the Store Settings option (2) under Studio Links. 

  • You will now reach the Settings page.
  • Scroll down to the Store notifications section.
  • Then, click on the Connect Google Sheets button.

 

  • You will see a new window wherein you will have to sign in to your google account.
  • Next up, click on the Continue button to give permission to the Pixpa Data Export.

  • Your Gmail account will now be connected to your store. You can click on the Disconnect button to remove the connection.

 

  • Enter the new Spreadsheet name and hit the Save button.

 

  • Voila! You have successfully connected your account to your store.
  • You will now see a new spreadsheet (with the name that you have specified above) in your Google Sheets.
  • As you start receiving orders, the extracted data will be synced automatically to the Sheet and the data would be shown as below:
