Specify Terms of Use policy – Client Gallery

You should have a clear terms-of-use and refunds policy for your Client Galleries store that your customers can view and agree to before they place an order on your store.

Pixpa enables you to manage your terms of use policy.


The Order Confirmation page appears as below:

  • Click on the View Terms of Use text on the Checkout page to view the terms of use policy of your Client Galleries.


The Terms of Use policy appears as below:


Set up your Terms of Use policy:

  • Enter checkout (1) in the Search Bar.
  • From the related results, click on the Client Galleries – Sell Images – Checkout (2) under Studio Links.  

  • You will now reach the Checkout page.
  • Scroll down to the Terms of use policy (3) section where you can specify your policies.
  • You can add the policy with the help of a text editor here.
  • Finally, hit the Save button (4).

 

Tip: Be very clear about all factors that can affect the purchase of any product from your album store.

Use the Terms of Use policy to clearly define the refunds, returns, or exchange policy so that there is no confusion in the customer’s mind.
