It’s easy to manage orders in your Client Gallery. Once you have set up everything and start receiving orders, the next step would be to manage and fulfill them.
From the Orders page, you can search for any order, view the order details, manage the order fulfillment status, download order invoices, and export orders.
Besides this, Pixpa enables you to share the order update, tracking link, etc with the customer from the Pixpa studio itself.

Search/Filter the orders
To search/filter the orders, follow these steps:
- Enter orders (1) in the Search Bar.
- From the related results, click on the Client Galleries Orders option (2) under Studio Links.
- You will now reach the Orders page.
- From here, you can search (1) any specific order with name, email, order id, etc.
- Plus, you can filter the orders on the basis of order and payment status (2).
View Order details
- From the Orders page (1), click on any order (2) to view the order details.
- You can check the customer details, order information, and payment mode used by the customer.
- Also, you can change the order status for the order, check the customer success page, download the invoice and resend the Order Email from Actions.
- You can go to the next order, previous order, or all orders page from here.

Download Order Invoices
- Click on the download icon to download a PDF invoice of that particular order.
Export Orders
- You can easily export the orders from the right top Export button.
